Welcome to ChMeetings! We are grateful for your decision to migrate your church data into our platform, and we are here to help make your transition as comfortable as we can.
We offer free migration from QuickBooks Desktop to ChMeetings Accounting when you subscribe to the Growth plan or higher (since this is the first plan in which the Accounting module is available) .
Once you subscribe, simply contact our support and provide us with the following:
- A backup copy of your current QuickBooks Desktop company file
- The password needed to open it.
To create a backup in QuickBooks Desktop:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Back Up Company > Create Local Backup.
- Choose Local Backup and click Next.
- Select where you’d like to save the backup file (for example, your Desktop).
- Click Save and wait until the backup process is complete.
