Backup Schedule
- Frequency: Daily automated backups
- Retention Period: 90 days
Backups are created automatically, and no action is required from your side.
Backup Storage & Security
All backups are:
- Stored securely in Microsoft Azure
- Encrypted to protect your data
- Managed according to industry security best practices
Backup Access
Backups are intended for disaster recovery purposes only and are not available for download or export.
If you need a copy of your data, you can use the available export features within ChMeetings (where applicable), but these are different from our system backups.
Backup Restoration
Backup restoration is available only for Enterprise and Diocese accounts that are hosted on a dedicated (separate) database.
If a restoration is required, our support team will work with you to determine the appropriate restore point within the available 90-day retention period.
Please note:
- Restoring a backup replaces the current database with the selected backup.
- Any changes made after the selected backup date will be lost.
- Restore requests should be submitted through our Support team and will be reviewed before being performed.
