Print & Export Options:
The people in your congregation can be exported to a variety of different formats. This guide shows you what those formats are and explains how to export to each of them.
First, to export your list of people, please go to the People module. You can filter your list if you like, using the Advanced Search feature. The filters will apply to your export as well. Click the Export button at the top right of the list when you are ready.
This will open up a window where you can choose from several export options.
This will generate an Excel spreadsheet including all member profile fields. The spreadsheet can be grouped by family.
This option creates mailing labels automatically, with the details of people in your list, which can be grouped by family. You can then print these labels right from within your browser, if you need to.
This allows you to generate and print a Member Directory. You can select whether to add a picture or group the directory by family. Read more about How to print the member directory?.
Generates a list of people’s names, which you can print if needed. The tags can also be grouped by family.
Generates a QR Code for each person in the list. This option lets you download an archive of .png files, each containing the QR Code corresponding to a specific person. The name of the file will be the same as the name of the person it belongs to. The files can b
Generates a QR Card for each person in the list. This can include at least the person’s name and QR Code, but you can choose to add other information to the card (Picture, Ministry Name, Ministry Logo, a subtle card background), or a custom background color. You can also group people by family. You will be shown a preview of the card before it is generated.
Allows you to generate a single letter which you can send to everyone in the group, without having to type it for each member separately. This can be achieved using a text template as well as merge fields that automatically retrieve information from members’ profiles.
The letter editor is very similar to the one used for emails and the processes of creating a template and using merge fields are the same.
