The Branded ChMeetings App is a mobile app you can customize for your church.
It is connected to your ChMeetings account, just like the regular mobile app, but it has a few extra benefits and features.
Everyone can use the general ChMeetings app for members (you can always share our store links from Google Play and Apple App Store). However, if you want a customized experience with more elements in line with your church identity, then the branded app may be a great choice for an improved member experience.

Get Your Branded Church App In 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Subscribe to the Branded App service.
You can subscribe from within your ChMeetings Account, under Settings > Subscription.
To be eligible to subscribe to the BRanded app, you must already have a paid ChMeetings Account. The Branded App costs $50/month or $500/year on top of your ChMeetings paid plan.
Step 2: Go Through The Development Process
The development process is fast and easy, and you can do it without coding. You can always monitor the development stage of your app by going to ChMeetings > Member Portal > Mobile App. Here, we take you through all the needed stages, so everything goes smoothly. There are 5 stages to the development process:

Use the Builder to customize your Member Portal. With this feature, you can add content cards and create rich pages for your members and guests to enjoy. You can even begin setting up a Media Library if you have content to offer right away. You get all branded-app-exclusive features from the moment you subscribe to the service. When you’re done customizing, submit the App Store form.

Next, we will be preparing a detailed proposal for your app. This will include all needed customizations such as the app icon and login screens. We’ll show you what your app could look like when it goes live. Please expect our proposal to arrive in your email inbox in 1-3 business days after submission.

Review Our Proposal And Share Your Feedback: Once you receive our proposal, please review it and ensure that it meets your requirements. You are very welcome to reply to our email and share feedback and we’ll be happy to implement everything we can.

Now we are ready to work on developing your app: After we make sure that the app meets your needs, we begin working on developing it and listing it on mobile app stores for your members to download. You can expect your app to be listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store within 3 to 7 business days.

Your app is live: This marks the end of the development process. Your app is now live on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and members can download it to their devices.
Step 3: Share Your New App
Now it’s time to craft some engaging messaging for your members and let them know that they can download your new app.
Your app links are always available in your ChMeetings account, under Member Portal > Mobile App. Here is where you can get links for:
- Google Play - if you know that everyone getting this link is using Android devices, send them the Google Play app.
- Apple App Store: If everyone using this link uses Apple devices (iPhones, iPads), then send them this link.
- OneLink: This is a universal link that directs people to the mobile store that is appropriate to their device. Use this link if you want to send to your entire congregation in one go, for example.
That’s it! Your members can now easily identify and interact with your church online, through your own branded app. To ensure your app stays active, please regularly check your ChMeetings subscription to the main plan and the branded app.
