If you receive errors while delivering emails from ChMeetings, these error explanations might help you determine why these occur. In case you still can't do so, please get in touch so our team can help.
- Unable to get MX info / PTR record: This indicates that the recipient domain does not have valid MX records or has a misconfigured mail server. Our sending servers have proper PTR (reverse DNS) configured.
- Bounced Address: This usually means the recipient mailbox does not exist, is disabled, or was rejected by the recipient’s mail server.
- Spam Reporting Address: This occurs when a recipient manually marks an email as spam. For compliance and deliverability protection, our servers suppress future sends to these addresses automatically.
- Invalid: This indicates an invalid or non-existent email address.
