The Bulk Actions menu in the ChMeetings Mobile App contains a variety of actions you might want to perform on the records you're working with in a particular section, though the list of actions differs based on the ChMeetings section you are in.
Here's what you might do with the Bulk Actions menu:
- Communicate with people: Send text messages, email, or push notificaitons.
- Bulk Update people's profile fields,
- Add people to groups,
- Add users or invite people to the Member Portal,
- Archive or Delete people.
To access the Bulk Actions menu in the mobile app, please follow the steps below:
- Go to any screen containing this menu; for example People, Groups (group people lists), Follow-Ups, Users, etc.
- Click the checkmark icon at the top left. This takes you to the bulk actions mode where you can select multiple people.
- Click the profile picture associated to each person, to select the people you want to apply the action to.
- If you want to select the entire list, click Select All, at the top of your screen.
- Click the Bulk Actions button.
- Continue to the action you require.
