Accessing bulk actions in the mobile app

To access the Bulk Actions menu in the mobile app, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to any screen containing this menu; for example People, Groups (group people lists), Follow-Ups, Users, etc.
2. Click the checkmark icon at the top left. This takes you to the bulk actions mode where you can select multiple people.
3. Click the profile picture associated to each person, to select the people you want to apply the action to.
4. If you want to select the entire list, click Select All, at the top of your screen.
5. Click the Bulk Actions button.
6. Continue to the action you require.
