Supported Printers and Recommended Labels
ChMeetings supports any printer for general printing tasks such as printing the member directory, contribution statements, reports, etc. For name tag printing during child checkin, we currently support the following label printers / tag printers and models:
Recommended Printers
We recommend Brother 820NWB and 820NWBc with a USB connection, Bluetooth, or wireless networking. These are modern printers, with few issues, and with wide compatibility across desktop and mobile devices.

We support the following Brother printer models:
- Brother QL-820NWB.
- Brother QL-810W and QL-810Wc
- For these three printer models, we recommend the following labels:
- DK-2251 - 62mm Black/Red Continuous (62mm x 15.24M)
- DK-2205 Continuous Paper Label Roll, 2.4” x 100'
- DK-1202 62mm x 100mm (2-3/7" x 4") - 300 labels per roll (Shipping Labels)
- For these three printer models, we recommend the following labels:
- Brother QL-1110NWB and QL-1110NWBc.
- Recommended labels:
- DK-2205 - 62mm White Continuous (62mm x 30.48M)
- DK-1202 - 62mm x 100mm

DYMO Printers

To change the Printer, Paper Size, or Layout on a mobile device:
- On iPhone: Tap the top-right menu (⋯) in Printer Setup.
- On iPad: Use the option beside the search box.
General Printer Troubleshooting
These troubleshooting steps apply to all supported printers. If you have any printing issues, please follow these steps before moving on to more advanced troubleshooting.
1. Ensure the Printer is Powered On and Connected
- Make sure the printer is turned on.
- Check that the WiFi LED is solid (not blinking).
2. Verify the Network Connection
- Your mobile device and printer must be on the same WiFi network.
- If using Direct WiFi Mode, connect your device to the printer’s WiFi.
3. Check Local Network Permissions (iOS Only)
- On iOS, go to: Settings > Privacy > Local Network
- Make sure ChMeetings is allowed to access the local network.
4. Restart the WiFi or Printer
- Toggle WiFi off and on on your device.
- Restart the printer if it's still not found.
5. Incorrect Label Size?
If you see an error or misaligned print:
