You can use demo data, or start with a blank database and add your own records. Demo accounts come with all ChMeetings features, except custom elements: sender name and reply-to email, form attachments, custom profile fields, and the church URL. You also cannot communicate or run automated tasks with a demo account. 

At the end of the trial period, you can sign up for a permanent plan and either keep the data in your demo account or remove it. Permanent accounts start free and come at affordable prices. Check them out here.

Trial Account Limitations

The main limitations of the trial account are:

• Custom Fields: You can add a maximum of 5 custom fields during the trial period. Custom fields are unlimited if you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Attachments: You cannot add attachment files anywhere
• Forms: You cannot add the signature field or the File filed
• Emails: You cannot send emails, or set a custom email or custom sender name in Settings > Account Settings).
• SMS: You cannot purchase credits to send SMS through ChMeetings.
• Bank Sync (Accounting): You cannot sync with a bank account (Bank Sync is generally available in the U.S. only).
• Member Portal > Settings: You cannot customize the invitation email sent when inviting people to log in by email or text.
• Branded App Features: Exclusive features such as Group Chat, Media Library, and Dark Mode are only available in the branded app, and there is no demo for the branded app. You have access to it by subscribing to one of our main plans, then also subscribing to the Branded App addon.
• Automated Tasks cannot be run in the demo account.
• Custom Subdomain: You cannot set a custom subdomain in your church URL
