Customer Success Meetings are for existing ChMeetings subscribers who have a paid plan.
Here are a few details to keep in mind:
- The meeting takes 45 minutes.
- Please install Zoom Meetings on a computer or tablet. You will need it to see the full screen correctly.
- During customer success meetings, our team might need access to your account to help you get your setup done. This is not needed during a live demo.
- Meetings are recorded for the purpose of improving our services. We send you the recording as well, upon request.
- Customer Success Meetings are free of charge.
Customer Success Meetings are not mandatory - you can still contact our support by phone or email ticket.
