If the event you're working with has registration enabled, you may want to retrieve registered people lists, view and manage registration details, or cancel registrations. This guide shows you how to work with these registration records.
Registered people lists and related options
The People & Tickets Section
If you would like to view the list of people who have registered for a particular event, you can do so from the People or People & Tickets section,
You can locate the People or People & Tickets section as follows;
For a one-time event, at the top right of the main event screen.

For a recurring event,
At the top right of the main event screen, where you can reach the people who have attended to all occurrences of the event. You will also find a People section within the options menu next to each occurrence. Here is where you will find the list of people who have registered to the selected occurrence.
People or People & Tickets displays according to whether the event in question has registration enabled or not:
People for events without registration. The list contains people records according to the event’s group settings or the entire list of people in your account. This section helps communicate with potential attendees, even if you don’t enable registration.

People & Tickets for events with registration enabled.
If the event is free, then the section has two tabs: People (displaying the people who registered to the event), and Tickets (showing ticket holders and ticketing information).
If the event is paid, then the section also has two tabs, People (displaying the people who registered to the event), and Payments (showing ticket holders, ticketing, and payment information)..
Filter People & Tickets
You can filter this list, using the fields at the top:
By the person’s name, email, mobile, or registration ID, if registration is enabled.
By ticket type, if enabled..
Export People & Tickets
You can also export the People list by clicking the Export button at the top right. Learn more about working with exports in our guide, Print Or Export People Lists.
Tickets / Payments can also be exported directly to an Excel file.
Communicate With Registered People
You can send people an email, a text message, or a notification by selecting them in the People list, and then by clicking the corresponding option at the top of the list. Here is where you will find options to:
More Actions
The More Actions button in the People tab reveals options to Add People profiles, and Add People To Groups.
In the Tickets / Payments tab, you will find a Bulk Actions button, which lets you communicate with ticket holders, resend the registration confirmation email, or cancel their registration - one by one, or in bulk.
Manage Event Registration Details
The People & Tickets Section
You can always manage existing registrations by going to the People & Tickets section of an event.
For each person in the list you have the possibility to view their registration details or cancel their ticket. If the person you’re looking into has been registered along with other family members, you can also cancel all tickets in the registration; for all family members.
If your event has guest registration enabled, you can create a ChMeetings Profile for guests, by clicking Add Person, underneath their name. You can also link a guest with an existing profile.
The Registration Details Page
The Registration Details page is dedicated to displaying each person’s registration information and allow servants to access several relevant features:
Download the registration page as a PDF file.
Download the QR code assigned to this registration.
Add the event to the calendar using an .ical file.
Cancel the registration - This can be an individual person’s registration, or one of a family. For a family registration, you have the option to cancel tickets one by one, or cancel all tickets..
View tickets and payment information.
Cancel an Event Registration For Someone
There are several areas where you can cancel someone’s event ticket.
In the People & Tickets section:
Under the People Tab, find the person you need, click the Options button next to the person, then click on Cancel This Ticket. If someone’s ticket is part of a registration that includes multiple tickets, you can choose to Cancel All Tickets in This Registration.
In the Tickets/Payments tab, you can also cancel registrations in bulk. Click Bulk Actions > Cancel Registration.
Through the person’s registration details page, where you will find a Cancel Registration button.
Once you cancel someone’s reservation, they will be removed from the People list associated with the event or event occurrence you are working with, as well as the Event Registration Log Report.
Refund Ticket Payments
If you cancel a paid event ticket that has been paid online using Stripe, you can also process a refund. Once selecting to cancel, you will be asked what amount to refund. You can refund fully or partially by entering a Refund Amount.
