Contribution and giving reports are incorporated right into your All Contribution section, as it does not require a separate report to gain insight into your data.
This All Contributions section also allows you to filter contributions according to several criteria and use this tool to build custom giving reports. Additionally, you can export lists to a spreadsheet and charts to .pdf.

Giving Report Types
To get to your giving data, go to Contributions > All Contributions. Here is where you can find all your contributions, displayed as List of Contributions and Contributors; and as Charts. You can switch to the desired view from the top of the screen.
Contribution List
To retrieve your list of giving transactions, go to All Contributions > Lists.
Along with your contributions list, you can also see the following data:
- Overview: Total Amount and Total Contributors
- Amounts per payment method
- Amounts per fund.
List of Contributors
Going to All Contributions > Contributors will take you to a list based on the people who have contributed to your church. You can also filter Contributors and build custom reports. Learn more on how to View & Manage Contributors. This list can be exported to a spreadsheet, too.
Chart Reports
Under All Contributions > Charts you can find your giving data in chart form. You can use the Advanced Search feature to filter your data and customize your report; or export each chart separately to a .pdf file. Here are the available charts:
Contributions Over Time
This line chart shows your contributions per month on the X axis, by amount on the Y axis, and by year on the chart line. You can toggle lines/years on or off by clicking the year underneath the chart. You can also see the exact amount received within a specific month by hovering over the data point.
Number Of Contributors
This column chart shows the number of contributors on the Y axis, and the month on the X axis. The chart line displays the year and lets you toggle it on or off. Hovering over a month/column lets you see the exact number of contributors during that month.
Givers vs. Non-Givers
This column chart displays the total number of givers and non-givers, which can be filtered by individuals, by families, and by families within children.
Clicking on one of the columns takes you to a list of people who fit the criterion of either giver or non-giver. From here, you can communicate with them via text or email; export the list, or convert them to People (members) or to Contacts (external contributors).
Number Of Contributions
This line chart shows the number of contributions for the current year, with the number of contributions on the Y axis and the month on the X axis.. Hovering over a data point reveals the exact number of contributions for the respective month.
Contributions By Method
This column chart shows the total amount contributed per payment method, with the number of contributions on the Y axis and the method on the X axis. Hovering over a column reveals the exact number of contributions made with the respective method.
Contributions By Fund
This column chart shows the total amount of contributions per Fund, with the amount on the Y axis and the Fund on the X axis. Hovering over a column reveals the exact amount contributed to the respective fund.
Contributions By Age
This column chart shows the total amount of contributions by the contributors’ age, with the amount on the Y axis and the age on the X axis. Hovering over a column reveals the exact amount contributed to the respective fund.
