The Accounting Dashboard is where you can see and manage your finances at-a-glance:
Here is what you can see within the Accounting Dashboard:
- See both Financial Accounts, and linked Bank Accounts;
- Create new Accounts and Funds;
- View separate lists for existing Accounts and Funds;

View charts showing income and expense-related data. Here is a list of available charts:
- Accounts Insights: Displays the amounts available within each of your accounts. You can export this chart to .pdf.
- Funds Insights: Displays the amounts available within each of your Funds. You can export this chart to .pdf.
- Income Breakdown: Displays a breakdown of income per Fund. You can filter the chart by the last 30 days, this month, or this year; as well as view the Category Overview Report for further details.
- Expense Breakdown: Displays a breakdown of Expenses per Fund. You can filter the chart by the last 30 days, this month, or this year; as well as view the Category Overview Report for further details.
- Income Vs. Expenses: Displays a comparison between the amounts received as income and the amounts spent. You can export this chart to .pdf.
Let’s now explore some of the features you can use from within the Dashboard:

Add Accounts: Click the 🕀 icon at the top right of your accounts list, then choose to add either a Financial Account, or a Bank Account.

Pin Accounts: Use the Pin icon next to each account to keep it on-screen regardless of activity. This is useful for accounts you use frequently or need to keep an eye on.

Add Funds: Click Add Fund at the top right of your list of funds, enter the name of your new Fund, and Save. That’s it! Your fund is now added.
