Can I upgrade in the middle of a yearly subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Subscription.
You will only be charged the prorated amount, which is the difference between the two plans for the remaining days in your current subscription period.
Can I add the Branded App in the middle of a yearly subscription?
Yes. You can add the Branded App at any time from Settings > Subscription.
You will only be charged the prorated amount for the remaining days in your current subscription period.
Can I downgrade at any time?
Yes. Please contact our support team, and we will gladly help you with the downgrade.
Can I start with a monthly plan and then switch to an annual plan?
Yes. If you switch to an annual subscription, the annual billing period will begin after your current monthly plan ends.
Can I have a trial for the Branded App?
We do not offer a free trial for the Branded App because it requires our team to build and publish the app on the stores. However, you can subscribe for one month and cancel afterward if you prefer.
Why am I being charged even though I’m not using the app?
Subscriptions renew automatically unless the account owner cancels the account.
To stop future charges, the owner needs to cancel the account from:
Settings > Account Settings > Cancel Account
Once the account is canceled, it will not be charged again
What Records Count Towards My Billing Plan?
Your ChMeetings Plan is based upon the number of People records - meaning active, individual members.
Specifically, this means that your plan only counts the People records listed under your People section. No other records are counted.
Therefore, the following records do not count towards your plan:
- Archived People
- Deleted People (kept for 30 days post-deletion)
- Event Guests
- Contributor Contacts and Organizations
- Accounting Payees
Just note that if the number of People you store in your main People section reaches your plan limit, you will not be able to restore people from the Archived or Deleted People Reports. You must either remove records from your main People list or upgrade to a higher plan.
