This Event Attendee Report Automated Task allows you to send attendance reports for specific events and to specific people. You can send absentees data, or choose a standard or detailed report to be sent. Here is how to configure this task:
- Enter a Task Name by which you can identify it later.
- Choose the frequency, weekday and time of day it should run at.
- Select the Report Type to be sent:
- Absentee Report: Members who were expected to attend but did not attend within the date range.
- Standard Attendance Report: Each eligible member's attendance count and rate relative to total occurrences.
- Detailed Attendance Report: Per-occurrence attendance matrix showing who attended on each specific date.
- Absentee Report: Members who were expected to attend but did not attend within the date range.
- Choose the Date Range your report should include data from. You can select between: Since Last occurrence, Last week, Last month, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
- Select the Event for which you want to send the report. Only recurring events are eligible for this task.
- Select the Recipients that the report should be sent to. You can select multiple people.
- Choose how you’d like to Communicate about the report - via email, as a push notification, or as an SMS. Recipients get a link that takes them straight to the report. The link is valid for 60 days.
- Select the Criteria for this task. The criteria apply to the Event the report is based on, and you can choose to set Groups as a criterion. This restricts the events list to those visible for the selected groups.
- Save the task when done.
