There are three levels of the ChMeetings app:
- The Church Account is the main level that includes everything you manage under your ChMeetings account.
- The Ministry represents a part of your Church Account for which you want to manage separate people, groups, events, etc. For example, a ministry can be equivalent to a location where your Church is serving. Any person in the ministry is also present at the account level but not vice versa.
- The Group represents part of your congregation. Groups are a way to organize people into groups, depending, for example, on the activities they undertake together. Ministries include Groups, not the other way around.
