View your personal member profile
Viewing and editing your personal church member profile is very easy. All you need to do is follow the steps below:
Log into your ChMeetings account by accessing your church URL, using https://app.chmeetings.com and finding your church, or using the mobile app.
Go to My Profile. Here is where you can view your existing profile information, and access further profile options, via the context menu on the top right of your screen.
.To edit your profile, open the context menu, and click on Edit, at the top right of your screen.
Next, fill out the fields within your profile.
If you would like to update your profile picture, please click the Edit (pencil) icon next to your picture.
Click on Save when you are done.
Edit Member Directory Settings
In the My Profile > Directory Settings section, available in the profile context menu, you can adjust advanced Member Directory settings, where you can hide yourself from the Directory, or choose to show or hide specific information from your profile. Click the Edit icon to adjust your settings.
If you would like to be hidden from the church’s Member Directory, please switch on the Hide me from the Member Directory toggle. This will remove you from the Online Member Directory, as well as from any printed version that the church might create.
Under Visible Fields, you can decide which information is available to other members viewing your profile in the Directory.
Manage family members
While editing your own profile, you can create profiles for your family members as well. Simply find the Family Members section and click Add Person. Next, select the person’s role within the family.
You can now edit your family member’s profile. Enter their information, then click Save when you are ready to save the profile.
All of your family members are visible at the bottom right of your profile. You may or may not be able to edit family member profiles after having added them - this depends on the permissions that your church chose to enable.
Family members added via your profile will not automatically receive ChMeetings credentials, they will only have a profile with your church. If they would like to gain access to a personal account, such as yours, please add an email or phone number to their profile. They can then go to the church URL, to https://app.chmeetings.com or use the mobile app to create their own accounts using the registered email or mobile number.
Remove a Family Relationship
You can remove a family relationship by editing your profile and clicking the ⊖ sign next to the person you want to remove from your family list. This does not remove the person’s profile, just the relationship / link to your profile.
Add a family photo
You can also add a family photo which will replace individual photos for everyone in the family when displayed in the Family View of the Printed Member Directory or Online Member Directory. Click Update and upload an image file to add a Family Photo.
Note that any family member can update the family photo.
