Introduction

If you would like to share your calendar, you can easily do so from within the dedicated Calendar module. 

Please note that shared calendars will only include public events. You can update the event privacy settings from the edit event page.

Sharing your calendar

To share your calendar, go to the dedicated module, click the gear (⚙) icon next to your calendar selector, and select Share.

You will now see a series of sharing options you can use.

• Share all your calendars via a direct link or a QR code that takes people to a direct link..
• Embed all your calendars into a website by copying the embed code. You have the option to select the main color within the embedded calendars.
• Share your upcoming events via a direct link or a QR code that takes people to a direct link. You can select the color of your shared calendar, select whether to display your logo and/or calendar title, and choose to style it as a list or as tiles.
• Share your upcoming events via a direct link or a QR code that takes people to a direct link. You can select the color of your shared calendar, and also choose whether to display your logo and/or calendar title.
• Embed your upcoming events into a website by copying the embed code

Additionally, you can use an iCal feed to share specific calendars, or all of them. These links can also be used to sync with external calendar apps, such as Google Calendar. Some notes to keep in mind about these feeds are:

• The Events iCal feeds get all events in the next 12 months and the previous two months.
• The Follow-up Calendar iCal feed includes the person’s location if the follow-up type is Visit.
