Media Features For Members

If your church is subscribed to the Branded app and is using the Media Library, there are several features which are available to members which you might want to know about. Let’s explore them below: 
 

Play Linked Media

Viewers can play media using specific platform players (if you link to YouTube, Vimeo, Soundcloud, etc; or the ChMeetings Player if you upload the files. 

 

Play Uploaded Media (ChMeetings Player)

With the ChMeetings video player, viewers can play and adjust the playing speed, or view the clip picture-in-picture.
 


 

With the audio player, there are dedicated buttons for going backward or forwards, in 15-second increments. There is also a playing speed setting, an option to turn autoplay on or off, and a snooze option. When snoozing, the next track will delay playing, for the set amount. If you’re pausing the current track, you can snooze it too.
 


 

Add To Favorites or Download to Play Offline

All media can be added to a list of Favorites, as well as downloaded to be played offline (without an Internet connection).
 

 

Media Activity

Members can access their Media Activity from within the main ChMeetings menu. There are several dedicated sections, as follows: 

  • My Favorite Media contains the items that were added to Favorites.
  • My Downloaded Media contains the items that have been downloaded.
  • Recently Watched includes 10 media items that the member watched most recently.
  • Most Watched includes 10 media items all members have watched the most.
