What Is The Media Library?
The Media Library is a ChMeetings feature that lets you link (and soon upload) media files to the web pages you build using the Builder. You might know it as a ‘Sermons Library”, but we decided not to name this feature as such because its use case is much broader. For instance, you may want to add other content, not just sermons.
The Media Library is exclusively available to users of the ChMeetings Branded App.
What Is The Media Library For?
You can use the Media Library to make content accessible to church members or guests, on any page you build within ChMeetings, via a dedicated Media Card.
Where can I find the Media Library?
If you have the Branded App, you will find The Media Library through Member Portal > Media Library.

How Is The Media Library Organized?
The Media Library is organized into three main sections:
- Series: This section hosts all the series you add to the library. A “Series” is a collection of related items, to which you can add both audio and video content. Think of it like an album.
- Audio: In the Audio section, you can view and manage the audio files you added to your library.
- Video: In the Video section, you can view and manage the video items added to your library.
How To Publish Media Library Content?
You can publish your content in three easy steps:
- First, you add your content to the Media Library.
- Optionally, you can organize your content into series next.
- Then, you use the Media Library Card in your Member Portal Builder to select the content and publish it to your desired page.
Where Is The Media Card?
The Media Card is located under Member Portal > Builder > Add Card > Media.
