Import into ChMeetings
To import your data into ChMeetings, please use the corresponding Elvanto/Tithe.ly export files along with the dedicated tool for each import:
- Import people. You can Merge duplicate people if needed.
- Import giving.
For each of these import tools (pe, you must go through the following process since Roll Call’s output data is not in a compatible file format:
- Download and open the template file for each import.
- Populate the file by copying and pasting the corresponding columns from the files you just exported from Roll Call. Important: Please keep the first row of the template file intact because it contains the column headers, which are required for your data to be recognized and stored correctly.
- Save the file as a .CSV.
- When done, upload the data files and run each import.
If you need any guidance or decide to let our team migrate your data, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
