If you have subscribed to a paid plan and prefer to leave this to us, please get in touch. If you choose any of our paid plans, our team will migrate your data at no additional cost.  

If you have a free account or want to do this process yourself, we provide various import tools to bring your data over as easily as possible.

This guide shows you how to retrieve your data from Breeze and import it into ChMeetings.

Export from Breeze

To migrate your data to ChMeetings, you must first retrieve it from Breeze. The available exports are People, Contributions, Event Attendance, and Envelopes. 

People and Contributions

1. Go to Account Settings (the gear ⛮ icon on the top right).
2. Select Manage Account.
3. Click View More.
4. Click Export.
5. Choose the type of data to export. Export People then Contributions.
6. Click Export. This downloads an Excel file which you can import into ChMeetings.
7. Save both exports in a dedicated location for better organization. 

Event Attendance

You can migrate event attendance for individual events as follows:

1. In Breeze, go to More > Events.
2. Choose the event to import attendance for and click View Details.
3. Click Reports.
4. Select a Date Range.
5. Filter the report if required.
6. Click Download as Excel.
7. Save the export in a dedicated location for better organization. 

This process must be repeated for each event that you want to import attendance for into ChMeetings.

Envelopes

1. Go to Giving > Envelopes.
2. Click Download as Excel.
3. Save the export in a dedicated location for better organization. 

Import into ChMeetings

To import your data into ChMeetings, please use the corresponding Breeze export files along with the dedicated tool for each import:

1. Import people. You can Merge duplicate people if needed.
2. Import contributions.
3. Import event attendance
4. Import Envelopes
