There are two methods to reset someone's password as an Admin:
- Edit the user from under Users & Roles > Users, click on the three dots, select Edit, and then check the “Generate Password” box. Click Save, and the user will receive their password via email.
- Open the user's profile and click the gear icon beside the Edit button and choose Edit Account. This will take you to the same window where you can click Generate Password, and email the person their password.
