Sometimes, your community might ask for your help with information or allow you to request services using a form that you can submit via the ChMeetings app. If there are any forms available for you, they will be under the Forms section, in your main app menu. Some - potentially more important forms - might also be listed as a main menu item.
To submit a form, go to the Forms section and click the tile corresponding to your desired form.
When the form opens, fill out the fields and click Submit when done.
In case your form requires a digital signature, use your finger (or a digital pen if you have one) to sign within the dedicated box.
