Your community might have enabled a Points system which works like this:
- You earn points for different activities within the community. Points are granted manually, by an administrator.
- You can see your points within your app account.
- Then you can claim a prize based on the points you have in your balance. Claiming a prize is done by asking an administrator, who can help make this happen manually. At the moment you cannot claim a prize directly in the app.
You can see a Points section in the member portal, right below Calendar, when you or your family have points. Even if you have no personal points, you will be able to see points for your other family members, such as your children.
The Points section shows if the feature is enabled for your community, if you have at least one points entry (even an expired one); or if you are a Primary family member or a Spouse and anyone in your family has at least one point.
Keep in mind that the Points section may be called differently in your community. If you believe you should see your points but cannot find them, please contact an administrator.
